Module Delivery Plan
Every module must have a fully-completed Module Delivery Plan submitted to the Admin Team at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the module (see the form itself for the exact deadline). The information is used to feed in to many other admin proceses such as:
Therefore, where possible, the Module Delivery Plan for Semester 2 modules should be submitted in September prior to the start of the academic year.
If a module is taught over two semesters in two separate halves by different lecturers, then one form per semester may be submitted. Otherwise, please submit ONE form per module.

ANY CHANGES TO ASSESMENT DATA (deadlines, weightings, etc) MUST BE NOTIFIED TO EITHER JENNIE, EMILY OR ZOE so that the related systems may also be updated.
If you are unable to use the Google Form, you may complete the DOC or PDF version (either hard copy or electronic) and pass your form to Jennie Hepplestone or Zoe Fletcher.
