Module Delivery Plan

Every module must have a fully-completed Module Delivery Plan submitted to the Admin Team at least 2 weeks prior to the start of the module (see the form itself for the exact deadline). The information is used to feed in to many other admin proceses such as:

• the bar-code database,
• assignment deadline calendar,
• feedback deadline calendar,
• Departmental Assessment System (DAS),
• Unit Maintenance System (UMS),
• Key Information Set (KIS),
• marks spreadsheets,
• scrutiny meetings.

Therefore, where possible, the Module Delivery Plan for Semester 2 modules should be submitted in September prior to the start of the academic year.

If a module is taught over two semesters in two separate halves by different lecturers, then one form per semester may be submitted. Otherwise, please submit ONE form per module.

ANY CHANGES TO ASSESMENT DATA (deadlines, weightings, etc) MUST BE NOTIFIED TO EITHER JENNIE, EMILY OR ZOE so that the related systems may also be updated.
