Abstract

This dissertation covers the development of a student evaluation questionnaire web application for the Department of Computer Science of the University of Sheffield. The author named the application as Universal Student Evaluation Questionnaire because it provides a universal solution for universities' student evaluation statistics.

The dissertation also discusses some practices about how to combine several software engineering methods such as Extreme Programming, X-machine and UML, to develop a reliable system like this project in a short time.
