Abstract
 This study is conducted to build a website helping users achieving their goals and find out the effectiveness of a goal setting website, the effectiveness of encouragement and feedback for achievement of goals. This study is carried out with the help of 30 participants, who are students from the university and are divided into two sets of 15 each; one that are exposed to a website providing feedback and the other without feedback. The goal setting experiment requires 3 weeks of activity which is followed by a questionnaire. The responses are graphically presented and it is found that all the hypotheses are found to be correct.
