Working in teams - What makes an effective team?

Abstract

We are literally surrounded by the notion of working within teams to achieve a goal or to deliver success. It is becoming increasingly popular in higher education. However, not every team is effective or successful. The aim of this project is therefore to look at methods of promoting effectiveness within a team. An experiment will then be conducted with to University teams, to explore the effects of the chosen methods.
