A System to Manage External Examiners Reports

Abstract

At the end of every year, the university will employ some external examiners to write a report of the modules. There are thousands of modules in the University. They currently use Google Docs to save all the reports. Each report will be viewed and checked by many staffs from different departments. The plan is to build an online system to manage all these reports and to save them for the following years to view. This will make easier for staffs from Learning and Teaching Services Department to check if the report has got to the end of the process. The application will assist with a range of functions from filling report forms to track the reports.
