Classification Challenge Web-host

Abstract

Classification competitions require participants' programming to cate gorise  sound and picture data to be provided by organizations. The aim of the project is to develop a web application for hosting data classification competitions. The report first investigates and compares the existing similar system. Then it focuses on the analysis of the project requirements. After the discussion of design, it describes the implementation and test of application.

The main achievement of this project is to implements the web-host application that could handle the function of publishing completions from hosts and deal with downloading and uploading from competitors by Flask framework and PostgreSQL .
