Animated Process of Converting an Image into a Stained Glass Window

Abstract

Stained glass windows have been in use since the Middle Ages. Commonly found in churches, they depict various types of art. In recent times, representations of stained glass windows have been created by artists using graphical software, but no automated process exists which creates a desirable result.

This project aims to design and create an automated process which will allow users to upload an image and automatically create a visually pleasing representation of a stained glass window, and animate the process to display to the user.
