Abstract

This dissertation investigates and describes the concept of human rights within the digital world. The research examines a range of issues revolving around the topic, those being internet censorship and the freedom of expression, surveillance and the right to privacy, common threats to our digital freedom, how to protect ourselves in the cyberspace and what actions can we take to prevent the above mentioned from happening.  As a result, the information from this research is brought together in the form of a website, where the user will be able to find extensive data and materials on the topic and inform himself on the important issues, which have an impact on all cyberspace users.
