PERSONALITY DETECTION FROM TEXT

Abstract

Text processing in discovery of personality traits plays an important role in this world, consistent with the increasing knowledge of technology, machine learning and information retrieval. This paper presents the tasks of classifying personality traits using Twitter tweets. Naive Bayes classifier and LIWC are implemented to determine its accuracy in predicting author's  type of personality. Results are then discussed and suitable methods are described.
