Bus Without Timetable
Supervised by G.Struth
Abstract
Public transit is the key component of the urban transport. Due to the enormous demand for buses, it is challenging for buses to provide arriving times that satisfies timetabling constraints. The improvement of scheduling buses has a great significance for optimizing the urban traffic environment, development of the bus companies' economy and ameliorating the citizens' traffic conditions. This project's aim is that the mathematical model is implemented and the dispatch time is determined by using the optimizing method under the condition that guarantees the buses to arrive at bus stops within the expected time interval.
